What is the Fourth Degree?

The Fourth Degree is the highest degree of the Knights of Columbus. First exemplified on February 22, 1900, the Sir Knights promote civic responsibility as well as the importance of patriotic values in our daily lives. Towards this goal, you will find on this site links that will allow you to access local, state and national government, track pending legislation and hopefully aid you in becoming involved in civic matters.

Also on our site, you will find links to the U.S. Flag Code, the Maryland Flag Protocol, and other flag information resources that will be of an educational benefit. And our Special Report area is tracking the current status of the Hatch-Cleland Flag Protection Amendment.
